You can update retail prices for one set without updating every product in the product line. Use a filtered Products search when the pricing rules are already correct and you only need Storepass to recalculate a specific set.
This is useful after a new set has pricing data, after you adjust a set-specific rule, or when a set needs a one-time refresh.
Before starting
- Open Retail Rules and confirm the generated price preview looks correct for the set.
- Confirm the product line is selected and the relevant products are connected to catalog data.
- Check whether any products are manually locked. Locked products will not update through normal automation.
Filter to the set
- Open Products.
- Select the product line. Do not use the All product line view.
- Add a Set Name filter or search/filter combination that returns only the set you want to update.
- Review the count before running the action.
Run the update
- Click Actions.
- Select Update Retail Prices.
- Confirm the task if prompted.
- Use the task modal, logs, or Task Monitoring to follow progress.
Review the set
- Refresh the filtered product list after the task finishes.
- Check several products across rarities, finishes, and conditions.
- Open the price approval queue if any generated changes were held.
- If prices did not update, review the product messages in Retail Rules.
Updating a set recalculates prices with the current rules. It does not change the rules themselves. If the wrong price is being generated, fix the rule first, then run the set update again.
